Awesomism
Awesomism.
When my son was diagnosed at two—non-speaking—I, like so many parents, was desperate to understand what autism truly was, and how I could help him.
After countless hours of research, supplements, and therapies, everything shifted when I discovered The Telepathy Tapes podcast by Ky Dickens. Through it, I met Suzy Miller, an Integration Specialist who has supported tens of thousands of children diagnosed with autism worldwide. Together with the children, she renamed it Awesomism — a reflection of what she had witnessed again and again.
That these children do not need fixing.
They need to be seen.
They are deeply aware and hold a frequency so pure and refined that humanity has not yet learned how to coherently meet it until now.
Through Suzy, I began to understand that these children communicate in a way that transcends words. They are not guided by language as we are, but by the authenticity with which we speak. They see into us—into the truth of who we are—and they want us to feel that truth too.
When you realise that words are secondary and you begin to connect energetically, everything changes. You start to see them more clearly—and in doing so, you begin to see yourself more clearly too. That’s their invitation.
Their behaviours are not random; they are mirrors—reflecting the wholeness we have forgotten. Because when we return to our own coherence—to our true, unfragmented selves—they feel safe enough to embody theirs.
But here lies the challenge: one of the greatest difficulties for those diagnosed with autism is finding resonance in this world—finding someone who matches their frequency. As humans, we all rely on mirroring to feel seen, safe, and secure. We need others to reflect us back to ourselves so we know it’s safe to bring all that we are into the world.
But for those with autism, this coherent mirroring is rarely available (until now).
For decades, instead of being met in their wholeness, society has projected false identities onto them—labels, limitations and misunderstandings. These individuals have carried such projections as burdens since birth, often without a voice and without a clear mirror to reflect who they truly are.
So how can we expect regulation, embodiment, or ease in a world where they’ve never been accurately seen?
This population is not broken. They are whole. And they are inviting us to remember our own wholeness. This is their gift. This is their invitation - an invitation for unity. A collective awakening. As when we remember our wholeness, frequencies rise and the entire field shifts. The collective reorganises.
And in that coherent shift, our children feel it.
They feel seen.
They feel safe.
They feel home.
And this is why Temple was born.
From love.
In trying to understand my son, I began to understand something much bigger — that we are not separate. That when one nervous system steadies, another can follow. That when one heart opens, something shifts beyond it.
If the universe is holographic — if each of us reflects the whole — then helping one person is never isolated. Healing is relational. Coherence spreads.
Temple grew from that realisation.
From the understanding that health and wholeness begin with love — not as sentiment, but as the universal force that binds and organises us.
When we stabilise our own resonance — when we choose coherence rooted in love — something changes.
We remember who we are.
We remember our capacity.
We remember each other.
And from that remembering, we live differently.
With more compassion.
With deeper connection.
With greater joy.
With love.
And with magic.
Which — after all — is why we are here.
